Watercolour workshop – Turtles

What this workshop will cover ; Drawing and painting turtle. Planning your painting. painting interesting backgrounds. Preparing and applying washes. Negative painting. Using a limited colour palette. Colour selection.
What you will paint ; our primary focus will be the turtles and coral, but we will also be building interesting backgrounds (see below)
A drawing and a list of equipment will be provided.
Who should attend ; we are covering a number of watercolour techniques and both experienced painters as well as those new to watercolour painting are very welcome. The class is small enough to accomodate all.
Hilary is an experienced educator and has run many wonderful classes both online and in-person. This will be a supportive positive environment for a fun day of painting.
