January Online Art Studio: Art for Everyone
Give yourself or someone you love the gift of reconnecting with their creative flow.
Sessions are friendly, supportive and relaxing where people do what they want with the materials they already have. To give variety and focus we tackle an optional weekly theme decided by the group for which I make an inspirational Pinterest board. To make art accessible for all, there is a tiered pricing system, based on income, which covers all four sessions.
£40 Help Others Out (Your ticket subsidises someone who otherwise could not afford to come)
£32 Standard Cost (This is how much it costs per person to run these sessions)
£20 Low Income (For people who are living on a low income)

By committing to making art weekly we learn and develop confidence. Focusing our mind and immersing ourselves in the creative process is relaxing and improves mental wellbeing. Even if we don’t initially feel like it we get in the flow and things happen. Over time we let go of self criticism and fall back in love with art making.
Sessions are structured to keep us focused and productive. We start with a warm up drawing exercise and there are opportunities to share what we are making. This group has been running since November 2020 so far people have joined from the UK, America and Europe. Some people attend regularly, others when they can.
