Abstract, Landscape, Still Life Painting Online Day Retreat
On the search for relaxing and fun creative activities? This abstract painting, semi-abstract to realism-expressive landscape, and still life painting projects day retreat will provide the opportunity to flow with natural energy and create some amazing artwork.
The retreat will start with learning various painting techniques and tools which you can incorporate within your projects throughout the day. Learn about washes, layers, brushes, palette knives, feathering, stippling, stamping and more.
We will create an abstract painting, a landscape painting, a still life painting, and a final project of your choice.
Experience is not essential as you will paint to what you are ready for and have guidance. If experienced then this will add more to your skillset and the joy of painting. Come together for the day to create.
Follow along with Yvette’s examples then paint your final project on canvas.
Class will stop for lunch half way through then come back for the afternoon session.
The class will be recorded and available for 7 days so you may revisit it or if you miss the class you will be able to watch it later.
Please have a small Still Life set up available in front of you to paint from for the still life component, eg plants, fruit, bowls of fruit, dried flowers, flowers, vase, and ceramics to hold this, or a combination of any of these.
