PLAYFUL HEALING & MOVEMENT! An Immersive Play Experience

The world has been through a collective trauma in the past few years, and it’s my mission to bring a little play back into our lives.
Through our VIRTUAL gatherings, our six-weeks of Play! sessions will allow us to explore our most child-like, joyful selves through a variety of mediums, including journalling, art, creative movement, dance, yoga and, quite simply, play. This one-of-a-kind workshop is meant to build a community and a connection to each other and ourselves through movement, games, reflection and art.
We will meet ONLINE every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 7pm to 8pm, and every Sunday morning for a group scream/sigh/giggle/share/movement from 11am to 12pm!
There is no requirement to join, other than a willingness to be a little silly, and a desire to live a more authentic, playful life!
Anna, Founder of Play! Joyful Fitness, is a Trauma-Informed E-RYT500 , Yoga Therapist-in-Training, and Certified Personal Trainer who offers classes in dance, yoga, fitness, and play…always with a trauma-informed and judgment-free approach.
