Pencil Break

Welcome to “Pencil Break: A 50 Minute Lunchtime Drawing Class to Boost Creativity and De-Stress”! During this class, you’ll have the opportunity to unwind and de-stress by creating your own artwork with pencils. Whether you’re an experienced artist or just looking for a fun and creative way to relax during your work break, this class is for you.
Materials
To participate, all you need to bring is a piece of paper, or even the back of an envelope and a couple of pencils. I recommend a 2B and an 8B 🙂 If you don’t have your own materials, just grab what you can as I want you to have no excuses not to come!

FAQ’s
– What materials do I need for the class?
Paper, pencils Ideally 2B & 8B but whatever you have will do for the first one!
Can I ask the instructor questions during the class?
Yes! I encourage you to come chat with me 🙂
– How do I join the online class?
A zoom link will be sent on the day via Eventbrite and also a direct email. Please check your spam incase you can’t find it by 11am.
– Can I access the class recordings after the live session is over?
I’m afraid not. Unlike other classes, I like to get to know you at the same time as doing the demonstration so i don’t what whatever you say, to be shared with the world. It’s best not to record these sessions so you can relax throughout the class.
– Will there be any homework or assignments?
You can make your own homework by practising what we learnt again in your own time but you don’t have to do any at all! It’s completely drop in :).
– Can I get feedback on my artwork from the instructor?
Yes! At the end of each class, we will have a look and I’ll give individual feedback on all of your work so you know what to work on next time 🙂
