Introduction to illustration: An interactive workshop with Millie Nice

Regardless of what you do for a living, or how creative you think you are, there is no denying that allowing yourself to indulge a creative outlet of any kind can be extremely rewarding – not to mention beneficial to your emotional and mental wellbeing.
Whether you are an inexperienced doodler with a new year’s resolution to start journaling your emotions, you’re making a much-needed return to illustration after some time away, or you’re noticing the flowers beginning to bloom and want to take inspiration from them, this nourishing masterclass with professional illustrator and teacher Millie Nice will help you to build your skills and confidence to begin – and then keep – creating.
As well as benefiting from guided practical activities that will reveal new techniques and help you to discover your own creative voice, you will be given guidance on how to work creativity into your everyday life – even when inspiration dries up. You will also be privy to practical tips on staying motivated, recording and sharing your work, and how to connect with and draw fresh perspectives from nature and your everyday surroundings.
