Fresh Perspectives on Paper – Therapeutic Writing Workshop
“There are things known and there are things unknown, and in between are the doors of perception.” – Aldous Huxley
Your perspective is influenced by your beliefs, successes and experiences. Writing is a powerful tool and can open the door to helping you achieve success in all areas of your life, whilst improving your wellbeing. What’s next for you?
During this 45 minute workshop, you will be guided through a selection of short writing activities followed by opportunities for discussion. We will use carefully chosen prompts, poetry and self-reflective writing to spark conversation and uncover insights.
This workshop offers a welcoming space where you can explore with others in a creative way. During the discussions, there will be no judgement or pressure to share your writing if you prefer not to; the choice is yours.
All our welcome.
No previous experience of therapeutic writing is required.
The workshop will take place online, in a closed group on Zoom . All you need is a laptop/ iPad/computer/phone to join. You will be sent a Zoom link 48 hours prior to the event.
