Artist's Way Group Journey

You are wildly creative. But right now you are less connected with the vibrant, playful part of yourself.
Guided by the beautiful structural support of the Artist’s Way, this 13 week program is designed to unblock your inherent and unique creative flow. Whether that be through art making or simply expressing yourself more authentically in your day-to-day life.
For over 30 years, Julia Cameron’s holistic approach to recovering the inner artist has been transforming not simply how art gets made, but how the wild and precious life behind the art is lived .

Highlights of your Journey:
Week 1: Recovering a Sense of Safety – Address the limiting beliefs that keep you from feeling worthy, capable, and accepted in self-expression. As a holistic creativity coach, my ongoing practice is centered around partnering with my clients through this exact process.
Week 8: Recovering a Sense of Strength – Remain resilient in the face of adversity. One of the biggest challenges of living creatively is consistently showing up for ourselves regardless of what is happening in our inner or outer worlds. As a community, we will co-regulate and create strong routines that last well beyond this journey.
Radical Permission & Play – Far from being frivolous, play signals safety to our nervous system, creates harmonious connection with others, and is the language of learning. As a professional theater performer and Joy Facilitator, the value is crystal clear.
Filling the Well & Spiritual Electricity – Every system needs input in order to have output. Weekly Artist Dates are the way in which we water the plant from which our creativity blossoms. We are also forming a creative alliance with the universe. Trusting that it is safe to move toward what moves us.

Income sensitive pricing, Payment plans, and BIPOC pay-what-feels-right spots are available.
